I’m Tiffany Walker, an Instructional Design Manager with over 5 years of experience transforming complex concepts into clear, visually appealing, and engaging learning experiences. My passion lies in creating custom content that is practical, impactful, and enjoyable because I believe learning should feel like a journey, not just a destination.

At the core of my work is a genuine passion for helping people grow, both personally and professionally. My approach to instructional design is learner-centric and rooted in a human-centered mindset, with a focus on building solutions that empower learners, align with business needs, and deliver meaningful outcomes. From course development to video storytelling to instructional strategy, I thrive on finding creative ways to simplify the complex and make learning memorable.

Beyond my role, I’m committed to mentorship and supporting growth, seeing every project as an opportunity to explore new ideas, refine strategies, and innovate, while encouraging the people I work with to expand their own skills and confidence.

Outside of work, I find inspiration and balance in the things I love. I was born in Memphis, Tennessee, and raised in Georgia, where family continues to be at the heart of my life. I enjoy reading thrillers, discovering new restaurants, and spending time by the beach, which is my happy place. I’m also a lover of all things Christmas, making every holiday season especially meaningful.
